We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
